Refund, Replacement & Warranty Policy – Xzone.pk

At Xzone.pk, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. We aim to provide high-quality mobile accessories, and we stand by every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds, replacements, and warranties.


Warranty Coverage

All original Xzone.pk products come with a 7-day limited check warranty from the date of delivery. This applies to functional issues not caused by misuse, water damage, or physical breakage.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Non-functional products on arrival
  • Internal faults not caused by user mishandling

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage (scratches, cracks, broken parts)
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Wear and tear due to regular use
  • Products with tampered or removed serial labels or packaging
  • Burn damage for cables, power banks, chargers, etc.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are eligible for a one-time free replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition with complete packaging
  • Customer must share unboxing video as proof (mandatory)
  • Shipping charges for returning/resending the product may apply

How to Claim Warranty or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  2. Provide your order number and a short description of the issue.
  3. Share an unboxing video clearly showing the problem.
  4. Our team will review and confirm if your case qualifies under warranty.
  5. Once approved, we'll guide you on how to return the product.
  6. Note: Additional proof (receipt, shipping address confirmation) may be required.

Shipping Charges

  • For valid warranty/replacement, Xzone.pk may bear one-side shipping cost.
  • For invalid or non-warranty claims, the customer bears all shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval.
  • Final decision for refunds/replacements lies solely with Xzone.pk management.
